Escape Muse provides editorial travel intelligence and advisory planning reports. Escape Muse does not sell package travel, book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, insurance, or other travel services at MVP.

Reports and previews are planning context only. Named venues, routes, seasonal details, source notes, and booking conditions should always be checked against current official or supplier sources before money is committed.

Escape Muse does not provide official visa, legal, medical, safety, insurance, financial, or emergency advice. Travelers remain responsible for bookings, documents, entry requirements, insurance, safety decisions, and supplier terms.

Paid-launch terms, refunds, revision windows, liability limits, and governing law require legal review before production payments are accepted.

A RateHawk hotel-booking integration is being prepared behind disabled activation gates. Search, payment authorization, supplier confirmation, cancellation, and refund behavior must not be enabled in production until hotel-specific terms, agency/reseller role, cancellation disclosures, privacy language, customer support, and governing-law wording receive legal approval.
